Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most dental consumables. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked
Refunds Processing
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened sterile products
Custom or special orders
Perishable items
Clearance items
Personal protective equipment
Items past expiration date
